Single conveyors - Type CT 300 slot up, chain pitch 300mmInformation:
Single conveyors are used for transport of mass produced goods going through the same process, e.g. painting lines.
The products are suspended in a cardanchain running in a C-track.
The opening in a C-track is turned upwards and the cardanchain is mounted with C-hooks, which loop around the track, enabling the products to be suspended in the centre of the cardanchain under the C-track.
The slot up construction prevents contamination of the products.
Are especially used for industrial painting plants.
The cardanchain is able to run in horizontal and vertical bends.
The cardanchain is pulled around in the system by a driving unit mounted with an electrical gear motor, which is often connected to a frequency converter for infinitely variable speed.
For larger chain lengths (200 mtr.) additional driving units are required to pull the chain.
All the driving units in a system are connected to 1 frequency converter.
The systems are built up of the following standard components:
- Cardanchain
- Straight track
- Horizontal bends min. radius 700 mm
- Vertical bends min. radius 1250 mm
- Driving unit with gear motor
- Tension station, automatic
- Mounting profile for cardanchain
- Inspection piece
- Expansion piece for oven
- Automatic lubricator for lubricating the cardanchain.
- C-hooks
- Saw toothed bars suspended from C-hooks
Max. load:
Max. load each product 50 kg, though max. 100 kg per mtr.
Max. temperature:
270°C.
