Floor mounted conveyor - Type dublex

The system is build up of 2 tracks over each other.
The cardanchain, which is mounted with carriers, runs in the upper track and the carrier have 2 guide wheels running in the lower track.

The carriers are mounted in the cardanchain at a required distance.

The carriers can be mounted with Goose Neck for running through e.g. pretreatment plant.

Also the carriers can be mounted with turning device for 4 X 90° automatic turning alternative as spindle which can be turned continuously trough the spray booths.

In the loading / unloading area and through the spraybooths we build in an extra guid which gives a very stabil positioning of the products.

Floor mounted conveyors are often used for:
- Painting lines with high quality demands.
- Aluminium wheels.
- Bumpers for cars.
- Mobile phones.
- Radio and television cabinets.

Furthermore our floor mounted conveyors are used for assembly lines in mass-production companies.
