Floor mounted conveyor - Type Triplex

The system consists of 2 C-tracks juxtaposed with 400 mm distance, in which the trolleys run. The chain profile is positioned below and in the centre of the 2 trolley tracks. The trolleys consist of a trolley plate equipped with 2 driving wheels and 2 guide wheels on each side and are therefore very stabile in the 2 C-tracks. A pulling arm can be mounted on the trolley plate, and bolted to the cardanchain. This keeps the trolley in fixed connection with the cardanchain at a required distance.
Alternatively the trolley plate can be mounted with a pulling hook and the cardanchain with pulling dogs, which enable the trolleys to accumulate and run as a Power & Free with stops and switch tracks.
The trolley plate can be connected to a buffer trolley plate with universal joints of varying lengths to obtain the required buffer length.
The trolley plate can be equipped with turning devices on which the products are placed. The turning device/bracket can according to the project be supplied with 90° fixation lock, or for continuously rotation.
