Manually operated conveyors - Type S 500 and F80

Manually operated conveyors are used for transport of products suspended in a trolley, which is mounted in a C-track.

For larger products the trolleys are built together with a traverse, from which the products are suspended.

The systems are built up of the following standard components:
- Trolleys
- Track, straight
- Horizontal bends
- Mounting profile for trolleys
- Switch tracks manual/pneumatic operated.
- Turning device for cross running with trolleys built together.
- Transverse movable trolleys with required number of tracks for
- trolleys.
- Turning device mounted in the trolleys, from which the products
- are suspended and turned, e.g. in front of a spray booth.
- Turning device where the trolleys, which are built together can be
- turned 90 - 180 - 270 - 360 degrees according to requirements,
- e.g. in a spray booth.
- Lift station, which can lower and raise the trolleys by e.g.
- loading/unloading and for dipping products in painting tub.

Max. load S500:
1 trolley: 250 kg
2 trolleys built together with traverse: 500 kg

Max. load F80:
1 trolley: 500 kg
2 trolleys built together with traverse: 1.000 kg
4 trolleys built together with traverse: 2.000 kg
